Do I have to be registered to shop at Killa Cutz?
No, you don't have to register. But by registering you can log-in and use extra features and you won't have to fill out address forms every time you shop with us.

Do prices include VAT / BTW tax?
Yes, all prices listed on the Killa Cutz website are including VAT / BTW tax of 19%.

How do I shop at Killa Cutz?
You can browse around the site, by clicking the genre-tree on the left-top or by submitting a search query on the lower left side of the site.
Browsing the genres shows you all records in that section. Records are displayed in rows and clicking on an item will display the available details of that record.
If you browse by submitting a query in the search engine, all relevant results will be displayed.

How soon will you ship my records?
We try to have all the records on the site in stock. So normally we try to ship out your package as soon as possible, after we've received your payment.
If a record went out of stock just before you've ordered it, we try to get it back in within a few days. If that fails we contact the customer and ask if we should ship the other records from the order and cancel the missing item or wait some days for the missing record to come in.
If you order on friday after 12:00 in the morning, your order will not be shipped before monday.

Paypal Fees
When you pay for your order using Paypal, a fee of 3,4 % of the total order amount + 0,35 € will be charged on top of the order amount.
For example:
3 records of 10,50 euro = 31,50€
shipping in Holland = 7,-€
Subtotal = 38,50€
3,4 % of 38,50 + 0,35€ = 1,66€
Total = 40,16€

Paypal time-out errors
If you experience time-out errors when logging in or trying to pay through the paypal website, check the following link below. It probably has to do with accepting third party Cookies.
In short... it's best to add paypal.com as a 'trusted website' in your browsers settings if your experience any problems.

Pick up your records in the store
If you live in the Netherlands, but don't have the time to come by our shop on a regular basis, we have just the thing for you.
When you buy records in our webshop you can select 'pick up at store' on the payment selection page. After this, you choose your method of payment (upfront bank transfer / Paypal).
This means you buy the records online, we reserve your copies and you can pick them up at a time that's convenient for you.
To prevent fraude, you always have to tell us the order-ID and your full name, when you come in the shop to pick up your records. The easiest is to print out the order confirmation we send you by email.
This way you can much easier get hold of those limited hot tunes that sell out in the first few days, without physically having to be in our shop on days when new records come in.

What do the colored blocks mean?
The colored blocks (Red, Yellow, Green) that are displayed next to all records on this site, show the availability of a record.
Green: This record is in stock now.
Yellow: This record will be in stock in the near future.
Red: This item is out of stock at this time.

What forms of payment are accepted?
There are 4 ways of paying for your order at Killa Cutz
1)
Payment via Bank / Giro transfer
For Dutch customers it's possible to pay for your order upfront, via bank/giro transfer. This way there are no extra transaction fees, like with a credit card or C.O.D. / Rembours. After you've placed your order, you receive an order confirmation by email. Use the order-ID in this email as a reference when you pay for the order.

C.O.D. / Rembours
Dutch customers can pay for their order when they receive it at their door. You pay the postal employee for the order + an amount for the rembours service. This is always 6 euro + 1% of the the total order amount.
3)
Pay with your credit card through Paypal
Dutch and International customers can pay for their order with a credit card. For this we use the services of Paypal. Paypal is a well known company which handles internet payments and accepts all major credit cards. Payments take place on a secure Paypal server. For this payment method, a ...... euro fee is charged. You don't have to have a Paypal account to use this option.
4)
Payment through Paypal without credit card
Dutch and international customers who don't own a credit card can still buy from Killa Cutz through the Paypal system. If you create a personal Paypal account, you can transfer money from your bank into your paypal account. This way you have an online virtual checking account and can pay for a lot of your online purchases, including your records at Killa Cutz. For this payment method, a fee of 3,4 % of the total order amount + 0,35 € is charged.

What if I receive a faulty / damaged record?
We do our best to only send out records that are in good condition. If it regards a used copy, this is stated in the description field of the details page of a record. Minor damage to the outer sleeve is hard to avoid and can occur. We try to avoid finger prints on the vinyl surface, but they can occur.
If a record has clicks, ticks and / or actually skips while playing, this is considered a faulty record. In this case you can send it back and we will try to replace it for a good copy. If we can't get another copy of the record, we will replace your payment. If we replace your money or send you a good copy to replace a faulty one, it's always after we've received the faulty record and have concluded it to be actually damaged.

What is the pre-order list?
Records that are marked 'grey' and have a ' yellow' dot are pre-order items. On the details page of these records you will find a link to add this record to your pre-order list.
These records aren't released yet, but will be shipped to us in the near future (usually somewhere between 1-3 weeks).
If you add this item to your pre-order list, you will get a notification email, when the record arrives in our shop. From the moment the email is sent, you have 48 hours to decide if you actually want to order the record or not. If you order within this set timeframe, we will guarantee this record will be shipped to you!
This way you can be sure you get the tune you want as soon as it's available!

What is the Wish-list?
The Wish-list is a feature you can use to remember tunes you found and (probably) like, but are not quite ready to buy yet. If you are logged in you can check out your wishlist and easily put records in your shopping basket when you are ready to buy it.
If the item is sold out, you will receive an email when it comes back in stock.
